With just one over remaining in what is widely regarded as the most remarkable IPL season, CSK required 13 runs to secure victory. Mohit Sharma, who had been outstanding for the Titans throughout the season, rattled the Super Kings by dismissing Ambati Rayudu and MS Dhoni. IPL 2023 Final: Quick Stats

In a blistering exhibit of batting, the Gujarat Titans posted an imposing total of 214/4 on the scoreboard.
However, rain interrupted the match when it was Chennai Super Kings turn to bat in the second innings. Without a two-hour delay, the game resumed with a revised target calculated using the DLS method.
